Do you have your own user database? Ask about our Custom Login API.

Posted on

Hey everyone…one more quick note for today for our advanced, premium users who would like to integrate their user database within their live events.

Over the past few months, we were approached by a client of ours who wanted to host several Q&A sessions.  In addition to their events, they wanted event attendees to comment using the accounts previously created within their user database.  Within a few weeks, this custom integration was pushed live and even better, it has now been productized and is available on demand to Blyve’s premium customers.  Simply contact us and ask about our Custom Login API and we’ll get you all set up.

Custom Login, Step 1:  notice the event in the middle of the page.  The grey box is step one of the custom login experience.  Here, you can customize the language, logo, links, text, and URLs.

Q&A 2.0: Assign to Specific Trusted Users Now Live!

Posted on Updated on

Per popular demand, we launched our Q&A 2.0 feature with the ability to assign comments or questions to specific trusted users.  Why is this SOOO great?  Well, think about hosting a panel of 5 experts who are available to answer any questions related to your brand, product, or service.  With Blyve Q&A 2.0 feature, you can now assign questions to the person (or people) you think are best suited to answer the question!  Pretty neat, eh?

From the live stream, you can now assign your own questions or comments to your trusted users:Image

Even better, this new feature also works from the pending and twitter stream!  Image

So what could be even better?  This feature is now live and available for all standard and premium users.

If you have any questions or would like a demo, don’t hesitate to contact us.
